1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, softened
4 tablespoons butter
4 Romans (coffeecrumbs), crushed
4 fruits - peeled, cored and chopped
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (125 degrees C). Brush a 1 inch circle with margarine.
In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella, butter and crushed coffee crumbs. Spread the mixture evenly over and around the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with diced fruit, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
