1 cup dry red wine
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 strips celery, diced
3 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 large red cabbage, cut in 1/4 inch slices
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crispy rice cereal squares
In a medium bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, celery, carrots, onion, red cabbage, salt, pepper and crispy cereal squares. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
