1(1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate flavored Jell-O
3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened citrus flavored Jell-O
1 cup cocoa, chilled
2 cups water
2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, drained
2 cups spiced dark rum
In a large bowl, mix chocolate flavored gelatin and citrus flavored gelatin. Stir until smooth. Pour over crushed pineapple for topping; chill until set.
For the frosting: Fill pie crust with whipped cream, pineapple, chocolate whipped cream, pineapple juice, grenadine syrup or vodka. Chill until set. Top with coffee liqueur or orange sherbet. Garnish with whipped cream while serving.
It's delicious! I didn't have any sesame seeds, but the recipider of these seems to have... I will make this time and time again!!! Everyone at this restaurant should have this recipe on speed dial.
