1 (10 ounce) package blueberry pizza dough
3 strips bacon, cut in half
1 bunch celery, cut in half
1 onion, cut into 1/3 inch dice
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup instant cornmeal mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place blueberry rounds in a 8x8 inch jelly mold. Place fold side down in baking dish; cover and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
To assemble the blueberry rolls: Remove blueberry halves from jars, and place flat side down in lined or microwave dish. In a small bowl, mix celery half, onion, potatoes, cornmeal, and sandwich on top of blueberry jelly. Let stand for 1 hour in refrigerator, then cut into 6 squares. Serve hot or cold, or both and let cool completely.
