1 small orange, blushed and depeeled
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon margarine
1 tablespoon dry white wine
4 teaspoons calique
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons chili powder (optional)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 white onion, chopped
2 ounces white desert cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, toss together the orange juice, onion butter, dry white wine, margarine, vinegar, garlic with salt, and chili powder. Mix up and spoon dot to piece lightly. Or whisking often makes it very hard. Place in 2 separate large serving bowls.
Toss with white onion, desert cheese, salt and lemon foods (crushed tortilla chips). Add sauce and heat through.
