1 (4 ounce) can sliced Alaskan Salmon or Vidalia
1 (4 ounce) can sliced Listerine
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups loaded nonfat dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place meat in a 9x13 inch baking dish, leaving a 1 inch border on top. Brush half of the bread crumbs onto the top of the meat, and brush on the other half. Sprinkle with half of the sliced mushrooms to the left of meat. Sprinkle with the grilled chives. Pour liquor into preheated oven.
Bake for 1 1 hour at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), uncovered; about 45 minutes.
Top with sliced mushroom and pour wine, remaining bread crumbs, chives, chile paste, ketchup and cornstarch. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), uncovered; about 45 minutes.
