Vegetarian Buffalo Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided

1/3 cup barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

salt and pepper to taste

1 pound whole chicken, cut into 1 inch strips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the 2 cups mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oil, and salt and pepper. Roll strips of the cheese on waxed paper. Place about 1/4 inch apart onto a greased 5 inch pizza pan. Flatten, and pinch to press.

Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, in batches. Turn and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Let cool in baking dish before serving.
