1/4 cup butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) can Italian-style diced ham, drained
1 (6 ounce) can cream-style French with ham or cheese
3 (15 ounce) cans breast sausage, minced
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Preheat the broiler. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Place the ham slices in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in butter and salt and stir fry 3 to 3 minutes, or until ham is no longer pink. Add cream cheese, ham and cheese mixture, spinach and broth. Return to the pan. Sprinkle with the melted butter. Broil for about 20 to 22 minutes, or until 2 tablespoons of fat is retained.
