2 cups pitted berry red grape fruit
3/4 cup fat free whipping cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup white sugar
Place flat (approximately 3 inches in diameter) fruit on a large baking sheet.
Cover fruit tightly with foil or aluminum foil, leaving out the neck.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour. Check on centers frequently to make sure the fruit is not brown around the edge. Cool completely. Pop tightly onto a plate. Garnish with red grape slices and grape ribbons for garnish.
