1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat ice cream and butter in large bowl until ice cream is stiff. Beat in sugar, vanilla and milk until well blended.
Spread ice cream mixture onto 4 ice cream-shaped graham cookies. Top with buttercream frosting and sprinkle with vanilla extract. Store ice cream covered in refrigerator until serving.
