Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla ice cream

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Beat ice cream and butter in large bowl until ice cream is stiff. Beat in sugar, vanilla and milk until well blended.

Spread ice cream mixture onto 4 ice cream-shaped graham cookies. Top with buttercream frosting and sprinkle with vanilla extract. Store ice cream covered in refrigerator until serving.

The first time I made this I went ahead and postponed the peppers a little bit, as I'm not a very good cook. I ended up taking half of a large yellow onion and about two cloves of diced garlic. I think I'll double the cream cheese next time and bake it like a biscuit--wonderfully simple.
