2 1/4 cups frozen chopped spinach
8 eggs
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Stir together the spinach, eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Stir until blended. Pour mixture into a greased 3-quart baking dish or 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
