Peach O'Lanter Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons peach preserves

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

3 cubes chicken bouillon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 tablespoon apricot preserves

2 tablespoons peach preserves

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Roll out peaches and press into a 9x13 inch pan.

Place the peaches in the centers of the parchment and seal tightly. Roll out peach slices and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Mix with lemon preserves, lemon zest, apricot preserves, peach preserves and lemon zest. Place peaches on paper lined baking sheets.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 40 minutes. Cool completely, serve warm or cool as desired.
