1 cup butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup fast-cooking noodles
Combine butter and chocolate with noodles in a metal bowl and chill 10 minutes.
Gently stir into melted chocolate mixture, and drop by heaping spoonfuls onto waxed paper immediately. Refrigerate for 1 hour; can be refrigerated 2 hours or overnight. To serve, slice each spoonful in half lengthwise, and scoop contents onto prepared shallow serving platter.
