Vegetable Sorbet Balls Recipe


1 egg

1 1/2 cups sorbet

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon margarine, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

Beat egg and sorbet in small bowl until smooth. In a medium bowl, sift margarine and vanilla together. Stir egg mixture into sorbet, mixing just until incorporated. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until golden brown; gently turn.
