8 slices bacon
1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Slice the cooked bacon into 1/4 inch slices. Mix the cooked mozzarella cheese into the skillet, along with the onion, mozzarella cheese, parsley, thyme and Worcestershire sauce.
Place the bacon slices and sauce mixture into the bottom of the greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Pour 1/4 cup of the bacon grease over the pizza dough. Brush generously with paprika. Top with mozzarella cheese. Use toothpicks to secure edges of dough, turning once and setting aside to allow more grease to come through.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until pizza is nicely browned and cheese is bubbly in center.
