1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
In a large microwave-safe bowl combine brown sugar, milk, oil, vanilla extract, chocolate chips and brown sugar. Stir until blended. Pour into plastic container.
Microwave at least 2 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is smooth. Cool completely. Wrap plastic container in plastic wrap and microwave at least 1 minute more to allow beads to stick to sides. Place paper under lids to prevent sticking. Microwave for at least 1 minute to melt chocolate chips; serve.
