Pineapple Pizza II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package pizza crust dough

1 (10 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (4.5 ounce) jar glazed grape jelly

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups water, enough to cover bottom of pan

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease two 9x13 inch baking pans.

Break the dough into halves and set aside.

Layer the remaining 2/3 of the dough in the bottom of the prepared pans. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Spread the remaining dough over the glaze, then sprinkle with the remaining fruit, the remaining 2/3, and the remaining lemon. Spread over the glaze, then sprinkle with the remaining whipped topping. Top with another layer and spread with remaining glaze.

Bake for an additional 1 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the top is golden.
