2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) can canned chicken broth
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup honey mustard
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Pour broth and chicken into a large stock pot and add chicken; cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove chicken from pan and pat dry. Discard skin. Stripe the breasts with strips of waxed paper.
Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or bowl. Place mustard over breasts and add crushed red pepper, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika and honey mustard mixture. Cover the pan and let rest overnight.
If making the meal for kids, soak chicken breasts in coconut or apple juice mixture. While the chicken is still warm, microwave chicken in microwave for about 15 to 20 minutes per piece, or until just cooked through.
