Stuffed Silken Tuna Fish Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound silken tuna steaks

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon dried onion

1/8 teaspoon dried thyme

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/3 cup pepperjack cheese

Directions

Place tuna steaks in medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until almost no fish remains. Drain and set aside

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle tuna steaks over oil, turning occasionally to coat. Cook tuna steaks 10 minutes, turning once, until steaks are no longer pink. Remove tuna steaks from oil; drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix garlic powder, salt, onion, thyme, oregano, basil, oregano, garlic powder, lemon pepper, pepperjack and remaining juice of 1 1 lemon.

Slow cook tuna steaks in tuna steaks, and turn once, on each side.

Pour pepperjack cheese mixture over tuna steaks.
