1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon seasoned salt and ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 baked chicken wings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake chicken wings several minutes in the preheated oven, tossing them often. Remove wings; cool and cut into wedges.
Place 1 teaspoon baking powder in a small bowl. Mix honey and brown sugar on a medium plate; spoon juices into the baking powder mixture, mixing well to cover.
Brush with olive oil then place on per serving pieces.
