Fruit and Cheese Strawberry Cake Recipe

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, milk until well blended. Spread half the mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely and frost with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting, or with Your Choice of Fruit Pie Glaze.
