3 cups candy corn syrup
3 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake pie crust in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and brush cheese with remaining 1/2 cup of candy corn syrup. Place pie in oven preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pie from oven and brush with remaining 1/2 cup candy corn syrup.
Place cream cheese and remaining candy corn syrup in bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup butter and 1 teaspoon butter. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of pie. Place candy corn syrup layer over cream cheese slices. Pour remaining 1/2 cup candy corn syrup on top of pie.
Bake for 30 minutes and allow to cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares. Chill for at least 10 minutes. Store at refrigerator.
