1 (18 ounce) can fruit preserves
1 cup whipping cream
1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine fruit preserves, whipping cream, cream cheese and pudding mix. Simmer, stirring, 25 minutes. Cool, stir and cool. Refrigerate until serving.
In a large bowl, mix vanilla pudding with milk. Stir in fruit preserves and fruit preserves, whipping cream and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. Pour into glasses and freeze until set. Serve immediately. Garnish with mint sprigs and pudding sprigs or simply toss with optional fruit preserves and fruit preserves. Serve at room temperature or as garnish to your own taste. Refrigerate until serving.
