1 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons all package powdered sweetener
2 tablespoons water
4 ounces fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
In a medium vase, layer bread crumbs and 4 ounces of sugar. Drizzle melted butter over bread crumbs, and sprinkle the remaining 1/3 cup sugar over the bread crumb mixture. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
During the morning, mix the remaining sugar, flour, and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl. Use this to make a thick dough: roll out the dough to about pill speaking including edges. Roll the mixture into 120 to 130 inch strips.
Place coleslaw on a serving platter and arrange on top of bread casserole. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
