2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon 90 proof wine
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup ground beef, soup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, wine, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce. Shape mixture into 1 burger or pattie shape. Cover and refrigerate.
