3 cups mayonnaise
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup water
1 (30 ounce) can frozen green peas
In a small sauce pan combine the mayonnaise, brown sugar and butter. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 14 to 15 minutes. Add pea-sized cubes of water if the sauce gets too thick.
