Dairy Free Sriracha Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

16 black prawns, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch strips

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cups water

1/2 cup white wine

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 green onions, sliced

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 cup water

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Place 1 strip of prawns and oil in a medium saucepan, and boil for 5 minutes.

Stir 1 cup water, 2 cups white wine, 3/4 cup butter, paprika, green onions and sugar into a blender, blending until smooth. Slowly pour in water and vinegar. Blend until smooth and reduce by half. Blend in 3/4 cup butter mixture, combining.

Add enough water to just cover prawns, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and discard prawns.

Return prawns to pan and sear in oil and butter mixture until golden brown. Transfer to serving bowl. Let dip cool completely before cutting into bite size piece.
