1 pound processed cheese, cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons pepperjack seasoning
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, diced
1 (16 ounce) can Texas-style beans (low-fat)
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms and green chile peppers, with liquid
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 small onion, diced
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) can diced, canned mushrooms
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 cup cold water (optional)
Cut each patty into 3 pieces and place them into a preheated grill. Top with onion and cheddar cheese.
Mix together the flour, cheese, chili powder, brown sugar, onion and mushrooms.
Pour liquid into a large container or dish. Add water if desired, and cover. Grill or broil patty, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes per side.
