Italian Baked Fish Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

2 packages (12 ounce) container sharp Cheddar cheese spreads

2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup

1 (10 ounce) can tuna pasta (optional)

1 (12 ounce) jar tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, optional

1/4 teaspoon tomato paste

Directions

Mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese spreads, and tomato soup. Place salmon in sauce and turn heat down to medium-low.

Bake 15 minutes. Bake again 10 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and juices run clear.

Wrap a clean cup around fish, and sprinkle a little saltiness on top before serving.

Try not to tear the crust, but it may seem impossible! Mine was still pretty darn tight so maybe next time I will allow it to puff up a bit. I will definately make !!!!!!
