1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.
Preheat oven to broil 6-inch golden muffin pan.
In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix butter, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture to the muffin cups and stir. Spoon warm muffin batter into prepared muffin cups, and press down with spoon until halfway filled.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden.
