1 (18.25 ounce) package vanilla wafields
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Beat egg whites until foamy. Fold egg whites into vanilla wafield mixture. Beat butter, flour, baking powder and baking soda until well blended. Gradually beat in pecans. Spread onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until inside of greased cookie sheet is baked.
