4 dashes vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
5 bananas - peeled, cored, and finely diced
1/3 cup sliced almonds
In a medium bowl, combine vanilla and almond extracts. Stir until all of the mixture is smooth.
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, bananas and almonds. Pour over cream cheese mixture into fruit bowl. Sprinkle a garnish of chopped pecans or pea pods over the entire filling. Chill before serving. Enjoy!
