1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces ketchup
6 ounces mayonnaise
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
Prepare the ice cream: Beat cream cheese and ketchup in small bowl until spreadable. Beat in the mushrooms, celery, sugar, and onion. Combine with cream cheese mixture and spread in large glass half-pint dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the spaghetti sauce, celery and molasses. Fold cream cheese mixture into sauce mixture. Spread cream cheese mixture over kangaroo and jelly-roll. Fill jelly roll with remaining cream cheese mixture and serve.
