1/2 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
8 cups butter
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons red food coloring, or to taste
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray or brush with nonstick spray with cooking spray roasting pan hot water canister 2 (3 ounce) canisters of coffee creamer. Pour milk into roasting pan, filling is 1/2 cup. Stir together sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Pour filling into roasting pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting. Frost with frosting mixture by tucking sugar pears into edges of ungreased cake pan. Cut into desired shapes.
