Stuffed Baked Alaskan Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1 (20 ounce) can chicken broth

1 (8 ounce) package cottage cheese

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained

1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1/4 cup cooked and diced onion

1/4 cup cooked celery

1/4 cup cooked mushrooms

Directions

Place chicken, broccoli or cauliflower, bell pepper, onion and chicken in a large pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove chicken and vegetables and stir into the pot. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the cottage cheese and green chile peppers to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes and stir in cream cheese, whipping cream, mayonnaise, celery salt, parsley salt, parsley pepper and salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.
