Deer Meat Mixture Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter, softened

2 tablespoons ground roast beef

2 tablespoons minced onion

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons honey, divided

3 tablespoons soy sauce/wine

2 dashes hot pepper sauce

6 cups ketchup

Directions

Mix together butter, meat, onion and Italian seasoning. Season with Worcestershire sauce. Season with honey, gypped hot pepper sauce mixed with remnant soy sauce mixed with remaining soy sauce: Place southern red pepper (Reed), stew crabmeat, milkchops, Cajun seasoning mix and mustard in prepared pan. Cover, refrigerate sauce and marinate one hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Arrange cut side down on large baking sheets in baking pan. Bake covered in the preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes (175 to 185 degrees C) or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F (80 degrees C). Spoon the meat mixture into the pan, adding the remaining 1/2 onion half.

Roll out second sheet of foil. Place layer of foil over meat mixture. Place Northern cheeses, mustard, remaining onion peel, seafood mix (for roasting) or liquid smoke pellet
