Good recipe. I used red bell pepper, added 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. pinch of salt, then used canned Tomatoesauce instead of red peppers. I could see adding mushrooms next time, but I didn't find the right combination.
