Brownie Spread Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup margarine

1/2 cup milk

3 cups white sugar

1 (.25 ounce) packet instant vanilla pudding mix

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons white sugar

6 tablespoons butter

6 cups milk

1/2 cup potato chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). To make the Brownie Glaze: In a medium bowl, cream together margarine and milk. Stir in white sugar, vanilla and pudding mix. Beat together eggs, vanilla, and flour. Stir flour mixture into the margarine mixture, stir until just blended. Spread evenly into the greased 9 inch square pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool cake completely before cutting into squares and cutting paper strips to serve (see package directions). Cut into squares and place on serving plates.

I made this quick, easy bread and it was go! My husband loved it and described it as 'chocolate peanut brittle'--but it was far more delicious with the inner core out--sweeter.

This is really good! I love the chunky veggies with the cheese and shrimp. I added a little extra spinach because I had it and love it. I cant wait to try the leftovers for lunch!
