2 pounds pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon dried sage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with onion, celery, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil and basil leaves. Sprinkle with oregano, basil leaf, cinnamon and rosemary.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, about 1/2 hour per side.
