1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
Place Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, egg, flour, seasoning salt, red pepper flakes and Greek seasoning in large saucepan, over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil Greek yogurt mixture for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stirring often. Stir yogurt mixture over medium heat to melt. Pour over chicken and add parsley garnish with lemon pepper and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours (do not allow liquid to reach the surface of the chicken)
