2 (4 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 small green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) can whole unpeeled tomatoes, crumbled
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons crushed cornflakes cereal
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Preheat the broiler.
In a small saucepan, combine tomato paste, green bell pepper, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cornflakes cereal, onion, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Mix well. Pocket meat onto skewers. Broil in 5 to 6 inch oiled grilling dish (optional).
