1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
In a small, dish saute bottom side up broccoli and cauliflower. Place slices of chicken meat in the cauliflower. Top with the rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and oil. Recipe is for a 6 inch chicken breast.
