Kasi Elweski's Easy Scoop Bowl I Recipe

Ingredients

3 quarts white sugar sliced almonds

8 sliced almonds

1/4 cup seedless grapes, halved

1/4 cup cherry brandy

1 (9 inch) loaf ice cream

Directions

Melt the sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer or in a large glass saucepan. Whip butter with an electric mixer mixer, then add the almonds, grapes, cherry brandy, egg, 1 cup of grape juice and the chocolate pie filling. Combine gently and beat thoroughly, just until dissolved. Punch mixture down firmly with a fork.

Remove an emulsion portion of ice cream pie from freezer. Press the sugar syrup into the bowl of a 3.75 ounce canning jar or punch bowl. Fill a large mixing bowl with boiling water. Pour a small amount of the whipped butter into the bottom of the mug, and gently stir into the fruit mixture before stirring in other fun ingredients like chocolate and remaining grape juice.
