1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (10 ounce) can marshmallow creme
In a medium saucepan, combine pineapple, cream cheese, pudding mix, white sugar, cornflakes cereal and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When the mixture begins to foam, remove it from heat and pour it into the drained pineapple and pineapple mixture. Beat with an electric mixer to several medium peaks. Pour into greased 9-in. round cake pans. Frost outside of pans.
