10 quart (2.5 liter) uncooked white sweet potatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon dried minced fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/4 teaspoons apple pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) package frozen dry chicken breast or steak dinner
Wash sweet potatoes and place in a large bowl. In a blender or food processor, puree the sugar, vinegar, white vinegar, nutmeg, ginger, apple pie spice, salt and the chicken broth. Grill sweet potatoes over medium heat for approximately 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
