8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can white frozen raspberry preserves
1 (14 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
Place cream cheese, whipped cream and raspberry preserves in large bowl. Beat well. Pour raspberry mixture into prepared crust. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
After 2 hours, add strawberries and gelatin in small mixing bowl. Stir just enough to mix slightly. Pour mixture over cream cheese layer. Chill overnight or overnight in refrigerator.
Beat cream cheese, whipped cream and gelatin in small mixing bowl until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over cream cheese layer. Chill overnight or overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until center of pie is bubbly. Remove pan from oven and brush pie with egg white. Top with whipped cream and gelatin. Place cheesecake in oven for 1 hour or until bubbly.
