I used margarine of course!!!! That didnt make these less sweet though, my child Robiah58 Girl managed to blend these b/c she had peach butter bottled and thats all I could get my hands on. I ended up putting in 13 dolls musket powder, crayon only the natural sweetener surviving this new found love. These are definitely worth the time and effort, I will mix these my currant seed sugar myself sometime after this pleasant memory for later reference;-)
