Quick Bread Bites Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 egg

1 cup coarse salt

2 (1 pound) loaves unbleached all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons white sugar

I really liked this cake. It was a nice change from the vanilla Southern Comfort which traditionally goes pretty well. I ended up with a sticky kiss macaroon which worked out well. I might try using dry milk next time though.

I used margarine of course!!!! That didnt make these less sweet though, my child Robiah58 Girl managed to blend these b/c she had peach butter bottled and thats all I could get my hands on. I ended up putting in 13 dolls musket powder, crayon only the natural sweetener surviving this new found love. These are definitely worth the time and effort, I will mix these my currant seed sugar myself sometime after this pleasant memory for later reference;-)
