1 (8 ounce) package cream salad dressing
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
1 (8 ounce) can chopped pecans
In a medium saucepan, combine the cream salad salad dressing, pecans and cherries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Chill mixture in refrigerator.
Place half of mixture in each serving bowl, then top with the cherries and tortilla chips. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch serving bowls. Remove top of salad bowl and place on serving plate. If desired, garnish with additional pecans.
