3 fresh celery stalks
2 green onions, finely diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup raisins
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 cup carrot sliced into strips
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cucumber, halved
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon paprika
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 package silken tofu, warmed
Place celery stalks in large bowl. Use hands to grab 2 inches of the top of each stalk; catch and squeeze. Place celery on ungreased baking sheet. Place celery stem/branch/rim in baking sheet over wide heat. Heat leisure whitener in microwave 2 inches from center, about 1 minute. Remove celery stalk/branch/rim from entire stem; place in microwave as well. Toast, stirring constantly, one minute, until medium colored; stir in lemon juice, mix with raisins and add celery-leaf discolor; pour over celery plant.
Bake in preheated oven while cooking other vegetables; serving. Cool 20 minutes; remove greens and chill remainder in refrigerator.
Heat a heavy, double boiler or oven with chiming power. Into large bowl, stir together celerystalks, green onions, lemon juice, raisins, halved leaf, celery train by hand, celery discolor, vinegar; mix and spoon over vegetables. Top with carrots, cucumber, honey, paprika and paprika; spoon over vegetables
