6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Place chicken in pot or bowl, and remove grease from pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove chicken from pan, and place in large pot with juice from pan; cover, and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in honey, garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Heat through, and serve.
